In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery or otherwise, Peter Sposito Studio will not be responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Peter Sposito Studio is not held responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer remains responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Peter Sposito Studio reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards for salable condition.
Where provided, all original packaging should accompany the item, and the lack of these items, will risk a return being rejected. All accessories must be in an equally salable condition to the items that they accompany.
Shoes will not be accepted if returned with marked soles, without the original box, or with a damaged box, and will be sent back to the customer.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs, and purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation. In the event that a customer foregoes secured tracking, Peter Sposito Studio is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received. Peter Sposito Studio reserves the right to define and determine “salable condition” at our own discretion.
