COST AND DELIVERY
DELIVERY to SPAIN:
Spain mainland: Estimated between 5€, 5 working days.
Balearic and Canary Islands: Estimated between 15€, 10 working days.
DELIVERY to EUROPE:
Estimated between 15€, 10 working days.
DELIVERY to REST OF THE WORLD:
Estimated between 25€, 15 working days.
**In the case of acquisition of Pre-Order garments, the production of the garment / garments will take place within 15-30 days. At any time, you can contact info@petersposito.com to find out how your order is going, and we will also notify you when you leave the studio.
Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better – for example, your work address. You can enter any address you wish on the checkout page, under Shipping Address.
If you aren’t in when the delivery arrives, the delivery partners will leave a notice or call for explain details for the next steps in order for you to receive your order.
As soon as the parcel is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.
IF THERE ARE DELAYS
We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery. If the delivery is going to be delayed, we’ll email you as soon as possible and advise you of the new delivery arrangements.
CUSTOM TAXES
The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent. That will be communicated to you by the carrier after the goods have reached their destination.
In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deduced from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.
OUR RETURNS POLICY & REFUNDS TIMES
If for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 7 days of delivery.
For the returns, please, tags must remains attached to the garment and the item remains in the same condition as sold. On receipt of the parcel, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and requesting the refund.
We’ll give you a full refund or exchange the item. Kindly consider this process may take between 3 and 6 days. The refund is issued directly to the card account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency by Stripe.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have requested the refund. The credit will be visible in your account approximately within one or two billing cycles from when you received our email.
*Important: In case of acquisition of Pre-Order garments, the money is not returned, but a voucher is offered for future purchases. Being garments made to a specific consumer measure, the item will be invalidated for another purpose.
This voucher will expire for one year.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
Just follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order and we will do the rest. We recommend that you take note of the tracking number in case anything goes wrong so that we can track your item.
